Return Policy

Thank you for choosing C&G Coffee! We take pride in providing high-quality coffee and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee products. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cano@caffeineandgreenroasting.com with your order number and details of the problem.

  • If your coffee arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or issue a refund at our discretion.

  • For merchandise (apparel, accessories, and non-coffee products), returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors.

  • If your order is delayed, please allow additional time due to carrier processing before reaching out to our support team.
